Haha those three are so cute! I love how India and China are always trying to get his attention, they really act like kids!
I have always thought that, in fact, India and China both have similar ages, so they are the "oldies" in Hetalia... and that they have this kind of friendship though sometimes they do really dislike eachother. They meet often but most of the time they are just picking on the other or something like that... But I do really believe they got along quite good when they were kids or something like that. IDK.
