Just curious, did their hair styles change for the new anime? I only seen one ep so fair, but it was on the European countries.

Their everything changed in the new anime. :'D

Honestly I don't even know anymore. xD I think what really just happened was the first anime came out before Himaruya's art got awesome. So this probably isn't meant to be "different", so much as just based off his newer, better style. From scratch, instead of acknowledging the old series.

But you're not imagining it or anything.
Japan, England and France have the most noticeable change, I'd say.
