Other than that, Funimation is now holding a contest on both Tumblr and Pintrest.

From this news blog reads:

Funimation has made special animate GIFs of Hetalia: The Beautiful World. A preview of it can be found on Tumblr. To get more of it, you have to be an Elite Member from Funimation in order to access the other ones in their Elite Member forums of Hetalia.

Can I ask, in what quality does Funimation release the hetalia episodes? I'm just curious, I can't see them for myself since I'm in Europe.

I think it is 480 p for the best kind(at least for YouTube from where I can see.)

Episodes here are in good quality since Funimation has the rights to the series. Different from RAW recordings/livestreams. It is sad that the videos of these are only limited to North America.

Yeah, it's quite the opposite. Since Funimation has the rights to the series from Axis Powers to this season now, they have more privileges and time to work on it for subbing and dubbing it. Quality on their videos is good and high compared to past videos on Hetalia LiveJournal before Funi was able to distribute the series.

It is not like RAW recordings from Animate TV or NicoNico where the quality will start to lower depending on program or how it is being recorded. Plus the type of video file has to be compressed in a certain format to work. For both RAW and subtitles. Maybe the video was high quality for whoever was seeing it to try and record, but how it comes out is different as well for viewing.
