Product Pricing Question

I'm new to selling outside of my country so I'm not sure how I should price my goods. I'm in a bit of a pinch right now and I need money right away. I figured that I can sell some tags to raise some funds. Could you guys give me advice on how I'd price them? I need a price that isn't too low but not high enough that I'd have difficulty selling. The tags will be hard laminated so they're quite sturdy and you'd have to intentionally bend it with effort for it to get damaged. The holes will have metal eyelets and they'll come with metal rings (I wanted to use the ballchains, but those aren't too sturdy). Made a sample below. I only have America right now but I'll make other designs for other countries such as UK, Italy, Germany, Prussia, and Spain as well.

Posting the artwork cause my bad camera wasn't able to catch the image well. Posted this artwork here before so it might be familiar to you guys. The other cards will more or less look like this. The BGs of the other countries' cards will be different though.

Usually a rule to price things is to calculate how much costs to produce the goods, like materials and stuff, including the time you spend on the artwork, and then add the amount you want to gain.

If you need the money immediately, maybe it would be faster to open comissions.

A rule of thumb is to calculate how much it cost to make and charge 2x to 2.5x that amount. Else take your production costs and work out how long each one takes you to make and charge a wage for your time.
