Third, be careful with counterfeited products you found around the internet. I mean a lot of people claims some fanarts, fan-coloured Himaruya's arts, or even Himaruya's manga cover as Hetalia 5th season arts. THEY ARE NOT. If you have heard *weird* news/rumors about hetalia 5th season, feel free to ask whoever you want that have more idea and credible enough.

extra: anyone still remember about Hetalia original drama cd for those who bought birz October-December? I hope someone does

extra 2: if they have the same way broadcasting this season, I'll be able to get and upload the videos as I used to be(unless they change their protection). Anyone want to sub it?

Yep, it might be my personal bias but it really seems France gets the deepest and most non-comedy stories. I think Hima likes him a lot.

I think Hima does like him a lot! Look at those touching and serious stories he has... I think only France has this kind of things(unless you pointed out about that America's revolution)? Although Hima does make him go cat rampage on christmas(side job, on april fools too) on earlier days

Ah and that's exactly what I like about France so much, the complexity of his character and how he can be serious to melancholic in one moment and a complete and utter dork in another. /haha sorry this happens when I start talking about France.

It's good to see fandom excited for canon things and I don't think the new season could look any more promising, so let's hope it will live up to the expectations.

ssh, it's okay! I love him as much as other characters in Hetalia, I mean, they all have such character that you can develop whenever you think more about them
and France is certainly unique and yes, that serious and dork at one person
and personally hate how people continue to associate him with all pervy and debauch things
he's not THAT, if you think about him in that way, you don't know about him (just like how people think Romano is always a jerk and foul mouth. Or Prussia can't do anything but pissing off people and being loud)

...oops I was rambling there, sorry

but yeah, this is certainly is better than we would ever imagine six months ago. A new breath in Hetalia canon stuffs. They better do live up to the expectations

True true, fandom has sometimes the unfortunate tendency to make characters flatter than in canon, especially when they are used as just side characters in fics. Let's hope the new season will help to spread more word about the actual depth of the canon material.

and this new season should have something in vol. 4 and 5 (not the previous ones, if my memory serves me right)
I try not to imagine to much how this new season will turn out but, aall I can do is hope for the best
and find out when-how-where they will give us the first eps
if it's based on what we had before, it'll be 5pm JST every Monday in anime in wmv format with DRM(darn drm)
