A while ago the sweets book was open for pre-order, and this is the pre-order image we were given: 



And now we have more images on the book and contents

And if you order from Animate, you can get a B6 size Himaruya illustraction card (numbers are limited however so not all orders are guaranteed one): 


And then, taken from their Twitter account, they made a test trial and here is an image of one of the things you can make with the recipe book:

What the Sweets Book includes/is about: 

In celebration of the 5th season, the Sweets Book is released.
Will be released on 22nd December. Retail price on Animate is 1,995 yen.
A5, 64 pages full colour with an outer case for the box. 
It contains a recipe book + a silicon mold of 8 APH character faces (presumbly Axis and Allies).
The recipe books teaches you how to make sweets and goods for gifting or celebration such as for Christmas and Valentines. 
In addition to the cover, the book will include illustration by Himaruya!

And, they have opened up a photo competition for the sweets book goods. So basically take a photo of the things you make with the help of the silicon molds/recipe book and winners will be shown and announced in May issue of Comic BIRZ. Submissions will start December 22nd.

Same, I wish they'd make an English version of it! But I suppose it would still need Japanese ingredients so it might be hard to make some of the things in the book.

I find that most Japanese ingredients are easily replaced or can be found in the international food section/asian grocers!
But considering how it's a recipe book for sweets/dessert based food, most ingredients are most likely going to be available normally instore and not just Japanese sepcialised ingredients.
