So it'd be more like "And, of them all, the best big brother was Prussia," wouldn't it? Or something like that. Maybe "the most big brotherly" or something. . . . 'o' )
I like how they're doing the same thing and being similar together without noticing it because they're so absorbed in it. (Even the sound effect says they're absorbed in folding the laundry buhyou.)

As for the 一番兄貴ぶっている, ぶる means "assume airs" "be affected", so the translation in my interpretation would be "the most airs-assuming big brother", which basically translates to large ego. Feel free to correct me, ESL and all I'm sure I make many mistakes.
I had no clue how to translate sound effects for "being absorbed in work" so I just let them do it with japanese soundeffects.

I have to admit I never liked Prussia very much before but as of lately, I think I'm changing my mind abou him XD;
