How/where can I vote? The site says it's on the bottom of each page, but all I see there is a lot of empty space and credits.

Oh, can be several reasons:
If you are on a mobile device, it probably cannot read the script. (are you on an ipad?)
Or it's your browser: you might have javascript off, or an old version of the browser.

I updated my Java, but still nothing.
I'm using a standard computer with Windows 7 and Firefox. And I turned Adblock off, so that's not it, either. :/
