They could be Chibisan Date characters actually. Himaruya likes dressing those characters up in different outfits (and there is a bit of sameface syndrome going on) so it's hard to tell. :/

Margaret and Candy have blue eyes, but Himaruya is really inconsistent with his eye colorings so... ugh, I can't tell.
