Hetalia best of ~ 2

Well I already talked about the idea weeks ago, if you don’t know about it:
The best of is basically like an award type of event…without awards.
There are different categories and fans vote in each one.
Of course all are Hetalia and all of them are related to the official material.
After trying to find a way, with a friend we were able to get an interesting way to categorize the comics:

Based on that web, we get the following categories:
Best…
Main Storyline.
Non-Linear.
Comic Diary.
Volumes.
Extra.
Events.
Birz.
Basically the comics are separated in those ^. Each has a poll apart.
And those named in each section are the ones participating.
Then there are these:
Best Official Art.
Best Animated Comic.
Most liked character:
Most liked Male character.
Most liked Female character.
Most like character (not tan).
Best parody/joke.
Best outfit.
Best Character song.
Most liked group.
Best 2p design.
Best Nyo Design.
Best Pet.
A total of 20 categories.
Like I promised I made a page for the event:

Of course, I still need to finish it. Add the correct links and perfect the fonts and stuff, but it’s there.
Now you must be wondering:
“How the fuck does this woman plan to makes us vote?”
Easy!
Some categories have a certain amount of possible options; like the comics, 2p designs, Nyo Designs, to name a few.
Then there are those that I can’t give an option; like best piece of art.
That’s why I made this type of submit form:

As you can see one has a drop down box and the other a fill in form.
For the ones you can pick, the drop down box will have the options and for the free ones you can just write it.
The contest will be separated in two parts:
Since most categories have over 20 options, there will be two rounds.
The first round we use that submit. And everybody sends their votes with that form. All the votes get send to a common mail I have. With another person we will count the votes. I will probably have to get one or two more people.
Later to clear any doubts I can always make the mails available to download. The form is made so that you don’t have to give any mail.
I also will add means so nobody can vote twice, not gonna add them now, else you won’t be able to see the form if you press submit xD.
Once we have the votes (voting for the first round will last a week.) after a rest of 2 or 3 days to count the votes, the best 10 or 5 of each, depending the amount of options, will go to the final round, which is made with a normal poll (which still makes it so that you can’t vote twice.) The results will be displayed after you vote.
When the second round starts everyday a new category is made available; and you can vote for each between 3 days.
Probably with some categories, like main-story which only has 6 I believe, will just go to the final round.
Uh, I believe that’s all o_O.
