An anime version of Arte Stella o.o'? Like, Studio Deen version of it?
I would be interested if it was a new artbook drawn by Himaruya, but he must be too busy right now to think about a new artbook ^^'

Well,

Arte Stella's an artbook filled with pictures Himaruya's drawn previously.
This thing'll be an artbook of pictures the anime's illustrator has drawn previously. The mention of magazines implies it could be things like the Pash posters. Regular DVD case art and things from advertisements would be possible too.

I'm not sure, but I think they were in pre-order; then the pre-order ended and they were unavailable for a while, and now the sales are open again (probably until the stock runs out?). And I thought I should create this post because I think that if someone really wants to purchase them, the best time to do it is now (try to get one after the sales are closed will probably be much more complicated -.-'...).

Currently Italy's worth 2100, Canada's worth 2150, and England's worth 3000.
Haven't seen America.

D: It's just odd they're in stock at Kotobukiya, but not on Kotobukiya's Rakuten page.

T__T It probably has clearfile-exclusive art, too. If it weren't "World Series" and showed even the smallest possibility of including art from the movie clearfiles, I'd seriously be buying it right now. D: Book's so much cheaper than that one file I keep losing.

Just copypaste the item url into any deputy service that accepts store orders. ;u;
FJ (http://www.fromjapan.co.jp/top) is an incredibly cheap one, wiith the entire commission only being 5% of the item cost. Basically it's just a paypal fee.

Oddly, though, the main page says the America/Italy set is in stock, too, but there's no option to buy them...
