Compilation Marukaite Chikyuu CD, Digital Single CD to be Sold Early at Comiket

The Hetalia Website has announced that there will be a limited edition version of the previously announced box sets of the Axis Powers anime. This release will be bundled with two CDs that contain all the Marukaite Chikyuu singles as well as karaoke versions of all the songs. I believe the regular release will contain the first disc(?) would like some confirmation on this though.

It has a set release date of September 26, 2012 and will be sold exclusively through the animate website, though it will be available a month earlier at Comiket 82 along with the previously announced Digital Single album (which contains two new songs).

I know Animate itself got mixed up, posted the Limited edition up for the Regular edition price, then finally split it up and erased Spain and Karaoke from the Regular a day later. But.
The CD's 3150/3499 yen, and the anime box sets are 8190 each.
This limited thing only covers the cost of the Limited edition CD on its own, no anime anything...
