The melody and harmonies were mostly improvised because he's just so quiet in the original orz...

Just one thing, the lyrics mention Saskatchewan, not Saskatoon. That was a mistranslation. I speak Japanese, and I can verify that it was サスカチュワン (Sasukachuwan, Saskatchewan) he said in the original Japanese, not サスカトゥーン (Sasukatuun, Saskatoon).
