[Ad] The Hetalia Fandom Family Community

During the course of this year Christmas event, many members of the Event comm grew close and decided to create their own community, where they could get together, even if there is no event going on!

The Hetalia Fandomly comm is for Hetalians to experience a community-based atmosphere,
to hang out without necessarily needing an event to bring us all to one place.
We're not just a fandom; we're a fandom family, a Fandomly!

Here, we can talk about Hetalia all we want, but we can also talk about
ourselves, we can talk about our other favourite series, we can picspam, we
can talk about anything we feel like talking about. Everything that we share
about ourselves and our favourite things only brings us closer together!

The Hetalia Fandomly comm will be the host of the upcoming Fan Event!
Be sure to look out for it!
And feel free to come and join us!

"feel free to come and join us~!"

//would love to second that motion

I'm fairly sure that the fandomly comm has a unique atmosphere, because of our nature. We basically have the longest conversation known to man. It's impossible to really explain; it's just something you have to see for yourself to understand.

All we do, day and night, is talk to each other. About the characters we love, new shows we're getting into, things we're afraid of and things that we love. Anything and everything that comes to our minds. We play games, and challenge each other, and joke around with each other. It's a creative and supportive atmosphere. And it's somewhere that we feel very safe (we've had many lurkers delurk to join us because they felt comfortable here in a way that they've never felt anywhere else on the internet).

No matter if you can spare a couple seconds a day, or a couple hours a day to hang out in this comm, you'll be remembered and appreciated and listened to. If you need someone to vent to, we're here to listen and offer advice or hugs.

Most importantly, we're not an impenetrable fortress. Anyone who stops by is immediately welcomed with open arms and invited to join in with everything. There's always space for new people.

In other words, this comm has a wonderful atmosphere, its basic concept is something I've never seen anywhere else, and I really really doubt you'd ever regret poking your head in.

Just to complete the picture in case our new members happen to join us in one of the not so perfect hours that every community has. ;)

First, what we have is a community of members who got to know each other and grew fond of each other in the course of the three and a half months since the Christmas event started. If you come to check us out, you will probably see this in the way we refer to some of each other by nicknames, an imaginary "fandomly role" or things that happened last time we talked. PLEASE don't get scared over this and feel like an outsider!
We've had several members joining us at a very late point who were faced by this, so I can tell you from experience that we won't need long at all to make you comfortable, get familiar with you (and vice versa) and explain everything you might want to know.

Second, we are a friendly comm with a lot of young members. We want to make sure everybody feels comfortable in our comm, so there shall be no bashing, no intolerant comments and no posting of R18 pictures without warning. This does not mean you shouldn't voice your opinions! If you have a problem with something or someone, you should say so, and we'll do our best to solve it. You don't have to talk to a mod, either - we have managed to solve most problems that came up among ourselves. If you feel like you do need a mod, however, you can of course talk to them.

Third: It happens from time to time that we get more familiar with each other by exchanging a bit of more private things - we've recorded our voices, shown pictures of ourselves and our rooms, and sometimes we have "random confessions", in which we tell little facts about ourselves that can be fun or embarrassing.
If you're not comfortable with this, you don't have to join in. Just wait a bit and we'll turn back to more general topics.
