I just bought it but when I go to download it, I always get this error message:

Actually, you can buy a CD.

There are 3 ways of obtaining the song; download, mobile download, and CD. Mobile download requires a Japanese phone though

You can only buy the download from Listen Japan; I think the option for a physical CD is on another website.
