I think that aside from Sealand, who looks like England and shares the same last name, and Wy, who also shares appearance and eyebrows with the rest of the Kirkland family, none of the micronations are related to their host nation.

In Ladonia's case I imagine him being adopted like Sealand. Kugelmugel shares ahoge and mole with Austria, but in the manga all Austrian humans are given the ahoge and they're certainly not all related to each other, so those attributes might just show he's Austrian. Molossia doesn't seem related to America either.

Several of the micronations seem to be embodiments of a vanity project (Wy and Kugelmugel for example). As soon as the artist who insists on Kugelmugel's nation status, or the King of Wy passes away, these micronation children will vanish (or go back to being normal humans, like that Japanese one). So I think nations see these kind of micronations as very temporary beings with an incredibly short lifespan.

Seborga is an example of a different kind of micronation. He has an economy and culture and a thousand years of history. I think he is seen more like states would be, like Bavaria and Saxony. I think he's more a cousin to the Italy brothers, otherwise he would be a very neglected sibling, considering he has always been there throughout the centuries.

The height comparison was mentioned in the same post as the revelation of the micronation wallpaper, I think. You will have to search through LJs history under the tag 'official' , I'm sorry I don't remember when it was. ;w;
