Anewayz, basic dealio: Mafia Spamano fic with strong historical background, based during the First Mafia War, starring Mafia!Romano and Spain. Romano is an unwilling member of the Sicilian Mafia and feels isolated from the rest of the world. Spain has not contacted him for years and he hasn't been to see his brother in years either...Lots of dark stuff.
