America Rubber Phone Strap?

I have a problem, guys. An itch that I just can't seem to scratch. You see, I've been searching all over anime sites, Amazon, Ebay, and even Amazon jp. I've been searching high and low, everywhere, even scanning through the sale ads here in case someone still had an America strap they didn't manage to sell. My hopes were low as America is one of the most popular, and tends to sell out fast, but it was worth a shot. No matter where I look, they're either sold out (I know of at least one store that hasn't restocked in about six months), overpriced, or just not there. So here's the question: Does anyone know where I can go to buy one at a decent price (as in not at the Ebay price of $30+)? Does anybody have one in decent condition that they're willing to sell? Does anyone at least know why they're so hard to find now? Are they not in production any more or what? I understand that it's just after the holiday season, but it still seems a bit odd that I can't find one anywhere.

*Bows* Thank you for your time.

I don't think they're in production anymore.

I had a hard time looking for mine as well, but I found one while stalking Yahoo! Japan Auctions. Maybe you could try that too. Only problem is that most sellers in Japan don't ship internationally, so you might need a deputy service if you bid on the auctions.

I'm fairly certain the Set 1 straps aren't in production anymore, so that one on eBay is possibly the best price you'll get.

You can check the hetalia-sell community fairly often; straps show up on there occasionally.

I can search YJ and Mbok for you. :>

But. I think America averages 1000 yen the rare times he does show up. So even with the service I use, commission and exchange rate would make him about $17 before shipping...

Oh. I stand corrected. There's a sealed one starting at only 850. But he ends overnight, so there's not too much time to think about it.

Minimum bid + commission + domestic shipping would total 1141 yen, or a little over $15.50... International would still be added on top...

Here: not sure if this store still has it, but the little cart button didn't go away, so I thought you should give it a try: the grand total is around $22 if you use the lowest shipping cost for the states.
