Knowing Himaruya, he can be randomly tossing characters from his non-Hetalia stories, so I won't get my hopes too high that it could be Slovakia

Thanks for the translation - I just wondered what the new post is all about. Google "translated" the title as "Character that died".
b.t.w. The first one looks kinda like that not-Slovakia from that old post so it might be him. Or maybe Luxembourg.

The "discarded characters" line is the name of the post. 没 can mean anything from death through shipwrecks and also rejected, so artists use it for discarded sketches that didn't make it into the final publishing process.
