YES. I got the feeling Czech would be based on his old notes, but I'm happy he's confirmed it! =D I'd love it if she's the younger girl and Slovakia's the older guy like he said he thought of before, but I'm happy either way!

Yup, looks like the scruffy man is Croatia. Now the question is, is he a blond man or a brunet man? ;D
The way Himaruya shaded his hair made me think blond, since he's been giving blonds some dark patches of shading lately. But you never know!
I wonder if Czechia will have any resemblance to his draft of the "little girl" one? Hopefully she'll be a little older than that. I see her around Poland and Lithuania's human age, at youngest.

Czechia will be a girl? I'm pleased. I've wanted more girls (please don't think I'm whiny here about them ;; ), and with all the new guys coming out, I think it would be nice to get some more nations on the girl side. If Portugal's not a lady, at least it'd be nice to get some others in.
He did say that "cheko" sounded like a girl's name, though. So perhaps that idea has stuck with him all this time. I'll be excited to see how she looks, it'd be funny if she just so happened to bear some sort of resemblance to "mystery European girl" draft (wearing Czechia clothing).
If Czechia and Slovakia are siblings, I've thought Czechia would be the elder, because of the Kingdom of Bohemia. And she'd have a lot of connections that way too! But I can see how some would also see Slovakia as elder, since some consider Great Moravia to have been more of a Slovak predecessor (depends on the point of view). If he's thinking about Czechia, I'm curious what he might have planned for the other. They'd look pretty cute with dark hair, but I won't bet on anything 'til we see his ideas

Well, I've seen opposition to the idea before, since some see Czechia as "masculine" due to being bigger and some cultural preferences. And some see Slovakia as "feminine" because it is the smaller one.
I think having Czechia as the woman would be a reversal of expectations, so, it could be fun.
