ok scratch that. Toranoana might have the book, but it doesn't ship outside Japan.
However, [livejournal.com profile] solphiia is accepting doujin orders from this shop and another ones (like mandarake and K-Books). Be sure to check that mugimugi link because it links back to toranoana's doujin entry! :)
