Hetalia Fantasia 2, English Sub.

Okay, wow, I don't check this community as often as I need to. So about two months ago, I found out that they had made a Hetalia Fantasia 2, and was very happy to see that someone had translated it! (Yes, I've been out of the loop, I know.) I was disappointed, however, to also see that no one had subbed it yet. I was under the impression that it had been out for a little while, not that I actually remember the date on the time stamp, but either way, I don't think anyone had subbed the whole thing yet, and I don't know if I'm just spoiled with usually very fast subs, or if people figured that it was unnecessary because it had been translated already, or if people have just been busy, but I personally find it difficult to follow along with a text document while listening to CDs. So I decided to take it upon myself to sub this thing!

All six tracks, subbed to the best of my ability! Now before I give links, I need to give credit. It's only fair, I think, since I didn't translate the thing, I only subbed.

Now keep in mind that I originally translated this just for a few friends, so I did alter a few of the translations. I didn't alter many of them, and the rest of the subs are pretty much copied and pasted from that original text document, so I hope there are no problems. This was my first ever sub job, so I may have gone a bit overboard with the effects in a few places, and since I was only doing it for friends originally, then the quality may also not be 5-star. It was only after about track 3 that it occurred to me to upload it here for other people to see, so I do apologise for the lack of quality control. XP I was also using Windows Movie Maker. Does that give me another excuse?

(MediaFire appears to be a picky little bastard, and only works with the newest version of Google Chrome. *Continues to use version 3 of FireFox* Tracks four and five were too large to upload in any kind of folder because of the ridiculous 200mb upload limit that MediaFire has, and it would be silly to put track six in a folder all by itself, so they're just provided as individual files. Don't blame me, blame MediaFire, and eleven minute long tracks. If anyone else wants to upload them elsewhere and give me the download links, I will credit.)

By the way, if anyone is up to translating Hetalia Fantasia 3...I'd be willing to sub it too. <3 I'm not sure how timely I'd manage it, I have college and such, but I'd do my best to get it done as quickly as possible.

I'm translating Hetalia Fantasia 3 at the moment... well trying to anyway. Apparently, time is conspiring against me because I've been flocking busy lately.

Thanks for doing the sub job, btw. I don't think you overdid it. I actually found it rather nice to see you do a little movie magic, and I also liked the little corrections you made to my translation, although I think there's still a major typo there. Seriously, I have no idea how I typed "fridge is happy" instead of "fridge is empty." >_>

Looking back now, I realize that my translating, vocabulary, and grammar still needs work, but I'm willing to improve!

It wouldn't have been possible at all without your translations, so really, I should be the one thanking you! I had a lot of fun subbing it, and I was a little confused about the "fridge is happy" thing. XD I just figured the game had some kind of system where you had to feed your character or something, but I kind of think the idea of the game having a "fridge icon" to show if your character is hungry or not is funny. <3

Take your time in subbing, though! I'll work on the first two tracks you've translated until then, so maybe I can get this stuff up faster. :3 You do an awesome job, thanks!

Awesome, thanks! I really like doing drama CDs this way - I can keep up more or less with what's going on, but my brain is lazy. This is more fun :D

(Also I totally understand the getting behind! I wish there was an Official Stuff Only comm to keep up with stuff without getting bogged down in all the fanfic. So much simpler!)
