I’ll pick up where I left off an answer a few more questions.

Q: About how old is Seborga's outward appearance supposed to be? In his volume four character introduction he was called a boy, so would he be about in his teens?

Q: I was looking for “National Treasure Box”, but I’m not sure where to find it.

Q: America seems like the type to have started using Twitter from its early days, so how was it that England could have been the first one to follow him on it?

A: Quite a few. Micronations seem to like to form in Britain, so there was an April Fool’s joke about the formation of a new country a couple decades ago. I wrote out literally the exact headcanon during the Halloween event, this is so, so, so cute. Though Hima still didn't answer how (seemingly not a techno-expert) England ended up as his first follower. I see only a few plausible answers to this question:

a. America just lied to England about him being the first follower; England doesn't understand Twitter enough to contradict him.
b. When America first started Twitter he moved heaven and earth to get England to join, essentially ensuring that he would be his first follower.
c. England just makes the extra effort to keep up with social networking sites to stay on top of what America is doing. (Oh you adorable cyber-stalker you)

Any of the above makes my fangirl heart happy.
