デストロイする女性がうようよいるのに

と思ったら男女平等って言う意味での
女性の強さなんですね。よかった。

日本が大正時代に、取り入れていた文化って、
やはり、イギリスさんのものが主なのでしょうか？
それともフランスさんでしょうかアメリカさんもでしょうか？
特に建築や外観など、参考になりそうな資料があれば教えていただけないでしょうか？

大正で洋館建築に携わった建築士は
イギリス人が多いのでイギリス風洋館は結構多いですね。
アメリカ人建築士でもイギリス風に作ったりしてるので
数的にも結構多いんじゃないかなぁ。

大都市近郊はそのまま西洋形式の洋館が多いのですが
地方の洋館も和と洋がごっちゃになってた
独特の建築方法でかなり面白いですよ。

作品で使用するとのことでしたので実際に撮りに行くのお勧めします！
自分の撮った写真が使えたり、イメージを伝えやすかったり
実際に行ってるとイメージも膨らみやすかったりと
良いこと尽くめです。

【鳩山邸】
イギリス風洋館。立派であちこち凝った作りで見ごたえあります。
冬は綺麗な庭が寂しいのでお勧めできないかな。

【古河邸】
イギリス風洋館。庭園がすごく綺麗。中を見るには申請が必要。

【旧前田侯爵邸】
自分はまだ行けてないんですが洋館本なんかでも
大きく取り上げられる事の多い豪華な洋館。

■横浜　洋館を効率的に回りたいなら横浜いいですぞー
【外交官の家】
設計はアメリカ人。お勧めは夕暮れ時。
明かりの灯る横浜の街も一望できて
かなりロマンチックな洋館。
ここから洋館好きになる人も多い。

【横浜市イギリス館】
イギリスの領事官公邸だっただけにものすごく立派。
他横浜にはたくさん洋館があるので好きな洋館見つけてみてください～。


■神戸　
神戸の観光地 神戸北野異人館ネット　

他にももっとあるんですが行きやすいところPick upしてみました。
個人的なお勧め洋館スポットは山形市。
個性的な洋館が多く、洋館の周りの町並みも素敵で
あと他のゲームやアニメで使われてないのでかぶらない！
外交官の家や鳩山邸、古河邸はあちこちで使われてるので
わりと同じ構図になりやすいかも。
山形は良い所なのでとにかくお勧め。

I first squealed aloud when I saw Seychelles (and I don't even like her that much wtf), but then I noticed she looks different from Himaruya's other pictures, and I don't mean just the ribbons. I think she looks too calm.

srsly, it's the most stereotypical tv show I have seen in this century
I hope they shut down that tv show soon bc it just reinforces stereotypes, and especially weird/bad stereotypes Japan wants to see.

don't remember the show's name but they rank some topics and talk about it
Hima has been talking about ppl emailing him about this tv show where they rank different countries according to topics
he said the tv show sounded interesting bc he didn't see it but in my opinion, it's very ignorant

Wow, unless I'm a total idiot (this is possible) Hima-Ni just said that when it comes to female strength rankings, Sweden is #1, Norway is #2 and America is #3. I'm guessing this refers to the Nyotalia versions.

Unfortunately, my Japanese isn't good enough to translate the explanation paragraph underneath it. Sorry!

Huh? But mame just helped us learn about the show by mentioning it, which is informing. What's wrong with that? It's good to learn these things from people who know about them.

And plenty of people comment on these entries in other languages, it doesn't bother me. It just makes me happy that so many other cultures enjoy Heetalia here with us, and if I'm curious I just use google-fu or just enjoy the new experience. :3

What piecing together? She obviously understands Japanese and made a comment assuming other people did too, I pointed out that that is not polite because most people can't and would love a translation.

As nice as a translation would be, that would be a favor and not an obligation. You could have instead just said, "Oh, you can understand Japanese? Could you please translate for us?"

Instead of griping and getting accusatory.

Why would she want to do a favor for you, when you treat her like that?

And I wasn't name-calling. You were speaking in a mean way to her, and made a sarcastic remark about cavities to me, when I was just trying to calm everything down. So, I just called it what it was.

Please do not apologise ^^U There were better ways for her to say what she wanted to express. She has this strange habit of complaining and then replying repeatedly in a bitter and defensive tone regardless if the person is trying to calm things down or not. Thankfully not all Spanish people are like that :)

You really are a sweet person, and precisely because of that I cannot see whatever could have caused her to get 'annoyed'. If stating there's ACTUALLY a tv show fans keep emailing Hima about and even APOLOGISING about rambling when you actually had brought up some interesting information, then even further EXPLAINING what the program's about and stating your opinion about it F***ING ANNOYS HER, she's got a problem. Anyone else could have simply asked for more information, but instead she (after simply assuming you are fluent in japanese) started complaining just because you chose to comment on the content of the post without explaining the context for everyone. So let's suppose you know Japanese and decide to just comment on the entry without translating it. So what?
I think she could have simply asked you to explain the post for everyone, instead of bashing you for no reason. And certainly using sarcasm from the start wasn't nice either :/ I'm sorry but she's a bit too fond of starting arguments, and I've yet to have a pleasant conversation with her.

Sorry for thinking everyone has the right to comment on this community without having to be bashed for nothing.

And in response to your other posts (did you really need to reply twice?), it should be made clear that just because I was disappointed with your attitude at a certain point doesn't mean I have a 'problem' with you. I usually try to avoid confrontation, but I really dislike it when someone gets bashed for no reason. I'm as entitled to an opinion as you are, and I honestly do think there's no need to get all defensive every single time someone disagrees with you. If you can't disagree with someone without making them feel bad in the process you'll be just imposing yourself and the conversation will stop being constructive.
I may have gotten a bit carried away with my previous comment, but it seems that everytime someone tries to shrug things off with you, you refuse to drop off the subject, almost as if you need to defend your opinion above everyone else's at all costs. For example, you only decided to cut mame meme some slack after she apologised twice and said she wouldn't do it again, and even then your response was still demanding ("Just remember..."). Now about this, I think it's very clear this isn't a japanese-speaking community, thank you, and pretending that she do what you think is right is just ridiculous, but then again, you'll probably insist you were perfectly polite, just as before. Now why couldn't you express yourself like that from the start? She seems like a very reasonable girl, maybe with the right wording she would have even offered to translate that part of the post. At least I know I would, if I knew Japanese. But instead you chose to get offended by random people's comments that don't concern you in any way, using sarcasm and a demanding attitude from the very start, to the point it offended/saddened some people. Then when people state their disappointment with your attitude you insist you were just politely stating your opinion, and suddenly you're the one that's offended. I wonder who ought to apologise here :/

For as far as I can see I was very polite, I can't say the same thing about you. And since we are on the subject, you know what else is impolite? Giving somebody a reply and then cutting of the conversation without giving them a chance to reply.
