[Official Site] Prussia in Uniform and another Mochi video

http://himaruya.blog61.fc2.com/blog-entry-1215.html

[identity profile] kecen.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:13 am (UTC)(link)
Fab.

Those voices.

Italy sounded like somebody I knew for a moment. Like his accent was from another country...

[identity profile] derivatizing.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:20 am (UTC)(link)
sob the German grammar is all like google translate up in here as far as I can tell, but I'm not a native speaker.

[identity profile] fivedayslater.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:23 am (UTC)(link)
ZOMG Prussia you sexy manbeast you. <3

And is it just me, or is that voice perfect for Mochi Germany?

[identity profile] yayitax.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:25 am (UTC)(link)
Any spanish-speaking country, at least for me it sounded like that.

[identity profile] izzyninjajedi.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:26 am (UTC)(link)
Prussia looks so cool!

BWAHAHAH THAT VIDEO WAS FABULOUS. It was like, deep-voice Germochi AND THEN A WILD ITAMOCHI APPEARED.

I'm wondering, where did Himaruya get the voice banks for these? Is it from some Japanese version of Google Translate? I tried out Google-fu with Italian and it had a totally different voice.

[identity profile] fmavatard.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:33 am (UTC)(link)
OH GOD, I JUST...CAN'T. X'D

I kinda secretly hope he makes this a series...like, a legit series.

[identity profile] pink-cass.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:36 am (UTC)(link)
This is what the German part means:
"Es freut mich, Sie kennenzulernen" = Pleased to meet you
"Ich komme aus Deutschland" = I'm from Germany
"Ich bin wirklich über meinen Freund besorgt" = I'm really worried about my friend (note: The grammar here is not perfect, but acceptable.)
"Hast du verstanden?" = Did you understand? (It's phrased as if he's addressing Itamochi. If he means to address the invisible third person, it should be "haben Sie verstanden?".)
"Sei ruhig" = Be quiet!

-->It's okay so far, definitely better than Google translate. You can tell the author isn't a native speaker, but it gets the message across.

[identity profile] 8bit-oj.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:38 am (UTC)(link)
I think it's just Microsoft Sam with his voice at different pitches/speeds/whatever?

/don't quote me I am an idiot in these matters/

[identity profile] kamuitheturk.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:46 am (UTC)(link)
Da-ang Prussia, I'd cosplay that!

And XD Mochi!Germany and Mochitalia, too funny and thanks for the translations!

[identity profile] rosetteroulette.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:46 am (UTC)(link)
Imagine Mochi England.

[identity profile] lethal-bonbon.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:47 am (UTC)(link)
Omg that is so adorable. The funny thing is I was hungry while watching the vid and felt like eating them both. Idk the way they were jiggling was so.... appetizing. Also, I wish Italy's voice sounded more like this in the anime. I love Daisuke Namikawa BUT STILL.
And as always, German never fails to sound sexy.

And Prussia, what a smoldering gaze.....

[identity profile] chirigirl13.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:57 am (UTC)(link)
Here's the Italian lines:

"Ciao! Ciao! Buongiorno!" = "Hi! Hi! Hello! (Lit. Good day)"
"Mi manchi." = "I miss you."
"Faccio tutto per te." = "I do everything for you."
"Ti desidero." = "I desire you."
"Mi piaci molto." = "I like you a lot."
"Tu sei la mia felicita." = "You are my happiness."
"Ho bisogno di te." = "I need you."
"Che cosa c'è è?" = "What is it?"
"Piacere! Io sono italiano. L'Italia è un paese meraviglioso." = "Nice to meet you! I am Italian. Italy is a wonderful country."
"Lui è mio amico. Ho fame. Hai fame?" = "He is my friend. I'm hungry. Are you hungry?"
"Pizza." = "Pizza." (XD)
"Non c'è problema!" = "No problem!"

Everything from "Mi manchi./I miss you." to "Ho bisogno di te./I need you." are, according to the Japanese subtitles, "100 phrases which show someone love." Take that, plus those lines, plus the fact that he's on top of Germanymochi, as you will. =P

[identity profile] xxxcordsi48.livejournal.com 2011-07-20 03:59 am (UTC)(link)
