Well, other than the parfait and the Pretsel; the flower thing looks like a cookie that has apricot jam in the middle. They're popular in Turkey, the middle east and India. I have no idea if they're popular in Spain though...
The other circle thing in the corner looks like flower-themed rock candy :3

My diabetes! *¬* Well, as spaniard, I can recognize the third dessert. It's called "rosa de miel" (or "honey rose": http://www.mis-recetas.org/recetas/show/14108-rosas), and it's very typical in Andalusia n.n. About the first one, yes, I think it's a pretzel (churros with that form don't exist- there are three kind of churros: lazos, porras and andalusian churros... the end), but in Spain it's called "lacito" or "little ribbon". And, about the second one, I agree, it is a cookie with apricot (in Spain it is popular, too).
Sorry for borrying you with this lesson of spanish confectionery ;)

Text next to Spain: "You can have some!" (Literally, "If you eat, it will be good.")
It's all in fairly thick Kansai dialect. :3
