Hmm.. Incidently, when Tokyopop shuts down, then all of their products will be removed(or sell out) from shelves in book stores. (right?) So if, for example, Hetalia vol 1 and 2 are removed from shelves then that leaves Hetalia inaccessible to newer fans of the series (who want to know what's the series about). And because Hetalia has a large growing following, then that would be enough initiative for the next publisher to start "re-publishing" the series from Vol 1. Because of it's growing popularity, combined with the fact that Vol 1-2 are gonna be sold out for good should be enough motivation for the publisher to just restart Hetalia back to Vol. 1.
