Why is it that whenever I see Germany I just get the overwhelming feeling that he's one of those tough guys who turns into goo over cute animals; and probably adopts/looks after every waif and stray in the area where he lives? X3

That IS creepy! xD Weird, huh :P Well, my friend was very silly when she was teaching me German, the first phrase I learned was "It will offend the Russians!" I still do not know when I will ever need to use this :P

LOL, of course, whenever you learn a foreign language you have to start with the swearing <3 I love swearing in foreign languages myself XD Especially French! xD

Nudelauflauf? Isn't that some kind of noodle? (I don't know, Nudel means noodle but I don't know what auflauf means.) Also, Bill Clinton referred to himself as a jelly doughnut once so you can't get worse than that I don't think :P

One of the weirdest things I know is "Ich bin die Käse, miene klein Kraut" which is "I am the cheese, my little cabbage." And because I know someone will ask: my friend had a teacher that wanted to know that phrase in many languages, so I know it in French too (Je suis le fromage, mon petit chou.)

It's not, I drew it that way on purpose, no worries. I wanted it to be obviously Germany but focus on the hedgehog and the hand because I like how I drew it...
