Summary: Toris is a helpless romantic; Heracles can't help but love him for it.

Heracles took a deep breath as he followed his lover deeper into the woods, holding tightly onto his hand. The air stung his lungs with how cold it was, and he was tempted to call Toris insane for wanting to come out here like this when it was so cold. They were in jeans and shirts - thankfully longed sleeved ones – and only Toris had a scarf. Heracles…wasn't entirely sure why they were out here, only that Toris had something to show him.
He stumbled over some snow covered twigs and branches as Toris pulled on his hand and, frowning, he moved faster so that he was practically glued to Toris' back. Yes, this made walking harder for both of them. No, he didn't care. Toris was warm and the air around them was not; therefore, Heracles was going to cling to the warmth as long as his love would let him.
"Hera…" Toris stopped, looking back at him in amused confusion as Heracles fused himself to Toris' back, holding him tightly. "Meile, what's wrong?" The Grecian stared at him before shaking his head and clinging tighter to the shorter man. Toris frown as he felt Heracles shivering, feeling like a bastard as he remember Heracles' aversion to all things cold. "Oh love. Why didn't you tell me that you were cold?"
"Toris. Don't act like this is my fault. You're the one who dragged me out here without letting me grab a jacket or scarf or anything helpful." And Heracles loved Toris for not flinching and looking at him with wide watery eyes for snapping at him. Toris just nodded, unwrapping his scarf before rewrapping it around both of their necks, holding onto Heracles' arm and leaning back against him.
"I know. I'm sorry Heracles; I had forgotten that you needed to get a jacket." Heracles just nodded, pressing a kiss to Toris' cheek as he enjoyed the shared warmth between them.
He hummed slightly, holding Toris close. "What had you so excited Tori?" Toris smiled at the nickname, amused at the girly nature of it. Of course, he couldn't say anything against it since he called Heracles "Hera" on occasion, but it still amused him.
"I…I wanted to show you the view off of this cliff I found, so we could see the sunset together." Toris blushed, looking at the ground as he realized just how cheesy and cliché that was. Heracles chuckled lowly, nudging Toris' head up to press a kiss to his lips lovingly. Toris kissed back, his blush flaring slightly.
Heracles pulled back and smiled at him, earning a smile in return. "How far is it to this cliff of yours?" The taller man wondered, looking in the direction they had been going with a thoughtful look.
"Not far; why?" His only warning was a light and cheeky smile before he was suddenly picked up, held in a sitting position so his back was still pressed against Heracles' chest and so they were still sharing the scarf. "Hera!" He clung to the other's arms as Heracles' walked forward, going through the trees slowly and testing each of his steps. Toris couldn't tell if this was because he was looking for the cliff that way or if it was because Heracles' just didn't want to slip on ice and fall on his ass.
"Yes love?" Toris could tell by the light tone of Heracles' voice that he was amused by Toris' exclamation and that the other wasn't going to put the Lithuanian down anytime soon. Toris smiled and rolled his eyes, leaning back against Heracles' and telling himself to enjoy the ride.
They stayed like that even when Heracles stopped at the edge of the cliff, leaning back against a tree that wasn't completely covered in snow and thus wouldn't get his clothes wet. Toris shifted slightly to curl up against Heracles', smiling as the sun began to set.
"You're right; the view is wonderful." The other whispered as if it was a secret, and Toris turned his head to kiss Heracles sweetly. Heracles kissed back, rubbing Toris' back gently and inciting goose bumps to spring up from the smaller one's skin.
"Thank you for sharing this with me." Toris muttered, pulling out of the kiss briefly to do so before kissing him again. Heracles hummed, smiling into the kiss. "And sorry for dragging you out into the cold."
Heracles shrugged, shifting his grip on Toris. "It just means that the next I want to go to the beach you have to come with me." Toris winced but nodded, already dreading the sun burn he knew was going to be coming. But it was worth it to spend this moment with Heracles.
