Summary: During the American occupation of Japan, post WWII, it was customary for Japanese children to go up to American soldiers asking for chocolate- a ration item. A young Japanese teacher was distraught when he found his brother being one of the beggars, and went in to the camp only to be harassed by the soldiers he once taught.
