After watching Hetalia movie in Singapore. and also first post...
I went to the screening of the Hetalia movie today (just came back from it actually).
To those that went, what are your impressions?
Oh, I wanna highlight some subtitle translation fail that I remembered that I saw, XD!!
Oh, to introduce myself, I am Selina~ My favourite character is Japan, Lichtenstein and Russia I guess, XD! But Italy is sooo hugable as well~ And England~
Let's say that I love them all, XD! Though some could be a little bit annoying...
I arrived about an hour before the screening. I had left my house eariler cause I thought that it would take a really long time to get there, but to my surprise, it is really close to Dhoby Ghaut than I thought it was... Just that there was a loooonnng flight of stairs to climb but that's an easy task, XD!
Soon, it began raining and I did not bring an umbrella T_T (the road from the counter to the theatre was not sheltered...) But thank goodness that a nice soul there lent me one temporally, XD!
To those that are at the 1:30pm screening, I was the chinese girl with long hair with a yellow mickey mouse shirt, XD!
The movie was great and funny, I kept laughing almost every time, XD!
When Iceland appeared, I laughed but squealed on how cute he is, XD!
I totally laughed at the part where Italy drew on everyone's face when they became faceless.
and the part where England and France can't stop arguing with each other (especially their faces when they ended up having to work together...)
Oh, and on how America could understand what Tony said even though the only thing we hear is "f**king" repeatedly.
And translators just pop up everywhere! XD! Like, is it really so easy to translate alien language or something? XD!
And poor Prussia only appeared for a short while...
Romano too.....
Some subtitles error I realised...
-When Russia jumps off from the plane without a parachute, the subtitles wrote "I'M A UFO!!!!" when it was meant to be "VODKAAA!!"
-Austria became Australia....
-The part where England talked with the kappa in Japan's house. the Kappa was supposed to say something like "We have become nothing but myth, we used to be able to talk to Japan too". But the subtitles wrote "Japan told us beforehand that we have became myths"
Hm...those are all that I could remember...
