I'm looking for a certain doushinji?

Ok, so I saw it on youtube and it's called besame mucho, it's spain romano. I adored it but it wasn't translated...doesn anyone know where I can find it in english? or even spanish ect? andything but jap or chinese please help! If this is against the rules, i'm sorry and tell me! I don't wanna get in trouble!
