He looks good so far! Though the facelessness reminds me of that creepy, creepy preliminary Belgium with no face that he drew once too (she only had "Belgium" written on her blank face). I hope we get him and Port in volume 4, he seemed to hint we could get more Spain and France already.

Same. I think he would be more matter-of-fact and sort of Captain Obvious kind of guy, but still being nonchalant as he does and more at peace. Stern, and relaxed, and frugal.

I don't care if he looks like Spain, but I've always imagined him as a man, more like Netherlands, actually, but more passionate, I suppose. I do wish that Czech was a girl though, and I wanted India and North Korea to be girls too, but if they were introduced, I doubt they would be from information I was told. ;v;

FFF. None of the Central Europeans have brown hair. It's probably dark ash, which is a kind of blond that borderline looks a bit like faded brown. Although, Hungary's keeps changing from blond, to light ash, to dark ash, to brown. ;-;

Also, agreed about Portugal and Luxembourg, like whoa. He seems to be going through a lot of the medieval to conquistador era, and I am loving every moment of it. More of this Himaruya, please.
