Aww, I wish I was talking to you in person because I adore that accent, it's so cute~ It sounds like you are quite learned in musical terms, wow! :O That is a good description of the languages, though there's also Taiwanese Mandarin compared to, say, Beijing Mandarin (Taiwan's is so sharp, like a wall of pins xD;; And Beijing's is completely round).
