Um, pretty much. It's basically the characters counting sheep for each other (in turn, the listener) with a scene before, in between, and after counting. I hope that makes sense.

Well, Romano went through all his key words and phrases within the first few sentences, didn't he?

Oh, god, Prussia's a little too enthusiastic announcing a CD on subject of sleeping. And "Honey Bee" is a phrase you don't expect to hear in Germany's voice... which sounds nice when he's calm.

*nods off listening to counting (except for Prussia. ~_~ I love that little "Ehn?" he does)*

EEEE, the little baby nations! It's like Muppet Babies for history and it makes me happy! Aw, Italy went to HRE's room and... got really high up counting. His cuteness must have kept him up.

Pfft, now I have the image of Gilbo doing that on the nightly basis, regardless of whether or not he's trying to help Germany sleep...and not at all being quiet about it, so Germany's more likely to lose sleep XD So help him if Gilbo's really having trouble sleeping. Maybe Gilbo has the idea of "if I can't sleep, no one else has the luxury of sleeping!" Either way, he's a lovable dork X3

I think the only one that'd help me fall asleep is the Austria/Hungary/Chibitalia/HRE one, Hungary and Chibitalia's voices are so sweet and soothing =w= Ok, MAYBE I could fall asleep to Romano, but definitely not Prussia XD

I wouldn't sleep with Italy's whining all the time. And Romano's snoring makes me want to punch him~

Definitely not sleeping with Prussia around for several reasons. <_____< But Germany's a pretty quite guy, so... Yeah, the CD with Chibitalia would definitely be more effective for me, haha.
