I DON'T KNOW if this counts as a comic but bah, nevermind.
Copied from DA(in which you click the pic to go there): If you lack the imagination to know what's going on it goes something like US teasing UK about the ridiculously long scarf and UK rolling his eyes and saying that at least he's not cold like a certain idiot and US laughs and declares that a small thing like the cold cannot faze heroes and UK is all (-_-)
Then US starts to feel the cold (UK's house is really cold when it's winter) and UK mutters something about how he's such a poor liar and throws his ridiculously long scarf at him and embarrassed-ly tells US that it's not like he needs it anyway and then US proceeds to attack him with the scarf
