Summary: It was just something I doodled up. It's just a cute Russia chibi making a stupidly obvious statement... that is so horrible, it's not funny.

Okay, I know I don't draw normally, but this is one of the things I managed to do that I actually liked. It was drawn by hand *because I do not own a tablet*, scanned with... well a scanner, and painted in Photoshop CS3 with a mouse!

Just enjoy the cuteness~




Alright, I'll admit it's not great, not even good... It's just kind of cute. I just want to squeeze his tiny little feet and go "punipunipuni"~ :)
