[Cosplay] American Civil War

Um, I'm kinda new here and just thought that it might be good to try posting, So please if I did this wrong let me know.

These are pictures of me and a friend of mine cosplaying as civil war America back at AnimeNext 2010.
We'll be at Otakon with these plus other cosplays.
Anyway, the pictures should be under the cut so take a look if you like.

My friend is Union America (the blue uniform) while I'm Confederate America (the grey uniform).

let me just say your costumes are fantastic!! I dont think I've ever seen anyone try to do Civil War!America and it really looks good. And both your expressions are great and complement the pictures. ;D

Great job, with the costumes and the pictures!
It looks like Union!Merica is wearing glasses though. Not to nitpick or anything, 'cause I really like your cosplay, but Confederate!Merica should have Texas.

Thank you! And yes, your right, we do know about the glasses thing. We have the issue that Union needs to wear glasses, she has really bad eyesight, while I dont need them. We always intend to have me put on her glasses for pictures but forget alot. I'll keep it in mind as a top priority at Otakon.

No problem - and I had the same problem, whenever my friend and I go as England and America. The switching thing works for us though xD;
