It talks about how popular Hetalia was at AX, and links to another article from the LA Times that explains in a lolzy manner what Hetalia is. "America and England are brothers in a rocky relationship?" First I've heard of it...
Boing Boing usually covers stuff like copyright and internet culture, so APH isn't too much of a stretch for them. However, this is the first time I've seen Hetalia discussed in a Western outlet not explicitly anime/manga devoted.
