I'm Spain, and my little bro is a closet cosplay Sealand (and the most adorable one you'll ever see).

My Spain costume is made almost entirely out of things I already had from around the house. The shirt is part of an Israeli scouts uniform, the pants are borrowed from my mom, and the belts were hand-me-downs from her. Only thing I bought for it was the ribbon and the boots I found at Goodwill (that I actually generally never wear with it anymore because they cause blisters if I wear them for too long). Even my wig was something I had before, 'cause I've cosplayed as Haruhi from Ouran.

And then my little brother's costume I already said was closet cosplay, but the sailor shirt he's wearing is from my TMoHS costume, and I did make that myself. Though it sucks because it was the first thing I ever made. orz

No way, the fact that it's pretty much entirely made up of stuff you already had lying about the house is kinda awesome.

I can't even sew a straight line, so the Sailor Shirt looks good to me!
