From my fic here
Prussia's eyes were a lot harder to colour than England's and Spain's...
I guess red is just harder to blend using the multiply tool on CS3 lol
I also realised while I was colouring this that the lapel on the right side of his blazer is longer than the left side
I tried to hide this with the shading but I guess that kind of messiness does suit Prussia lol
