I'm sure someone here knows the answer to this. Please forgive my ignorance. Would someone please tell me the name of the background score that sounds like a drunken version of Erik Satie's Gymnopedie #1? (It's the piece of music heard 1 minute and 53 seconds into APH season 1, episode 3 - And various other places around the anime.) I was also wondering if there was a full length version of it.

First, I have no idea about the piece of music. I listened to episode 3 at the time you gave and cross-referenced with the OST and I couldn't figure it out.

Second, did you try community tags (http://community.livejournal.com/hetalia/tag/) and not your own?

I know the bit you mean - it, and several other of the 'short' background tracks are not on the soundtrack, so I don't think they have names and/or full length versions.
