Summary: So here's a buncha P-chat doodles and crap art, some were drawn in the newly added Hetalia rakugaki-pchat, you can find the link at the top of the community mainpage and some were drawn on a japanese shii-chat. :3 A lot of this is crap, sorry. I'm so rusty because I haven't drawn in up to 2 weeks. I tried the Hetalia style, and then I tried mixing it with my own, and then I used my own style too. I'll try to come with better things some other time. ;3;

We drew this at the Hetalia pchat. XD Uh, my favourites are pretty obvious Sweden and Finland,
I am pretty biased in this as I live in Sweden and I'm a horrible horrible Megane-moe. Glasses are hot. ;;

A Swedish Tiger
At first, I thought Sweden was quit due to the swedish saying and word play "En Svensk Tiger" which can literary translate to both "A Swedish Tiger" and "A swede keeps quiet" but then I find out the author made him that way because he was born into a "cold" country...??? XDDDD Right now, I find Sweden rather hot and I can't sleep at night due to the weather... -weep-

Oh well, might as well explain this saying while I'm at it. During World War II the nation called out to it's people with this saying through the Vigilancecampaign to maintin neutrality by being "quiet" and "strong as a tiger", as a way to protect the nation from any harm that could come with the war and to avoid conflicts/involvement. It can be seen as both cowardly and noble. I prefer to view Su-san in a noble way, however.

And if my hometown were a Hetalia character, he'd be a sailorboy who plays with carved out wooden boats. ;3;

Är Oskarshamn i söder eller hu är de möjligt att de är för varmt? :0 Här på Finlands söder-kust har de varit en hemsk sommar, kallt och regnit och ny är den nästan förbi också.

I think it's funny how they made Finland the cute and talkative one, I thought the rest of the world lived under the impression everyone in here are grumpy alcoholics with knives.

ps. In Finland you celebrate midsommar (juhannus) by beating yourself with birch-branches, not dancing around them :D (though I guess some Finlanders still have the Swedish traditions too but oh well)

Ja Oskarshamn liggar ganska långt ner, i småland, så det är väl därför det är varmt. Hade man bott uppe i de norra delarna skulle livet för mig varit skönare. Jag trivs bättre i kalla årstider nämligen. xD

Actually, when I was in preschool my teacher told me they had relatives in Finland who would celebrate in both ways or so and I think it's a rather cute connection our nations have together so I thought it'd be cute to draw that in a picture. <3<3<3 I think people up in the northern parts of Sweden may be celebrating it in the Finnish way too? I'm not sure... XD But waah, I'm glad you liked the pictures. I'm such a huge fan of Sweden and Finland, they're my favourites definitely. ;_;

Hmm... poor, rapidly deteriorating mental health, personal hygiene rather below standard, somewhat crude and violent. Probably hitting on the younger towns and cities constantly (and I mean the younger ones--google my town and the first thing that comes up is info on a huge ritual child abuse scandal in the 80s D:). During the War of 1812 he would have played an important part in defending Canada from the US, but any dreams or ambitions he's had since then have fallen apart, hence his current unfortunate state. I guess my town would pretty much be a washed-up old soldier ~~and a pedophile~~, haha~

...yeah I put way too much thought into that. I think I should be in bed. :'D

Another Sweden fan here, hiya! :D Now I'm guessing I'm your fan as well. By Bob, Sweden and Finland are so totally cute together, I esp. like the sleepy pic. And the tiger.
Most Finns speak a few words of Swedish (enough to understand the phrase "jag tycker om dig") as it's compulsory to learn some at school, although of course many forget everything afterwards. Add the stuff friendly Swedes teach sometimes, phrases like "vill du knulla" and the end result of a non-Swedish -speaking Finn forced to speak Swedish is easily hilarious. :D I could make an endless list of funny phrases that esp. Finns get wrong like "jag svimmade hela sommaren" or "rökande flickor är den värstä som jag vet".

(And oh, so sexy Russia here too! I'm perhaps a little unpatriotic for my favourites - I actually love pics where Russia roughs Finland up good! ^^;;;)

Int tror jag att man skulle ens göra så mycket med finska i Sverige så de är helt okej, i Finland finns det ju ganska mycke Finlandssvenskar här i söder (fast de svenska man talar i mitt kommun, "Sibbosvenska", har åtminstone en ord i varje mening på finska och man utalar de helt som finska också...) så man for t.ex. bettre jobb om man kan svenska.
Jag tycker också mera om vår/höst, men i Finland är det nog inte ofta som det är för varmt på sommaren heller, men på vintern är det alltid för kallt D:

Aww, cute indeed :3 Haha, haven't heard they'd celebrate it like that in Sweden too, but could be. (even most of the swedish-speaking finns don't) Though I think "the Finnish way" would be more like having bonfires and getting drunk. Still sauna and birch whisks are also important!

that's good to hear :D I think in Finland the most common stereotype of a Swede would be a tall blonde gay... from the (stereotypically) homophobic Finns that's obviously supposed to be the worst insult possible, but looking at Hetalia-Sweden it doesn't sound bad at all *__*
