Summary: Russia has lost the Cold War and now he pays his dues to his new overseer.
Notes: Anon asked for an another kind of Cold War AU where America wins the Cold War and conquers Russia in the same way that Russia is so often portrayed to do in fandom. Anon asked for public humliation that wasn't sexual, and this was what I came up with.
