Not sure what Plurk is? It's like Twitter but better and on heroin. Let me show you. This is my Plurk. I can say something, and people can reply to it. So it's like Twitter, but it takes the whole message/@ system out and makes it like an IM platform.
Simple and easy to use, Plurk is a great up and coming social network~
Now about the hetalia part....I don't think I need to explain that to YOU guys. XD <3
