Hetalia character CD vol.7 Russia - Oricon ranking

In the daily rankings Russia has beat out other big names like Mika Nakashima and Koda Kumi with same day releases (Jan.20) for spot number 2! (I don't think he'll be able to top the daily rankings though with YUI leading by an an estimated 7000+ sales...)

Russia ranked 6th, 3rd, 2nd and 2nd in his first 4 days. To be honest, this week is quite weak, other then Yui who sells over 100k each time. Russia sold more on the 2nd day then his first day, just like all Hetalia character singles before.

i remembered reading a post before this that England's CD was placed 2nd as well on Daily Oricon before. Top 10 on Music station etc.

I'm trying to find the source of England debuting 2nd. All I can remember is that he sold 14k on his 2nd day, while his first day didn't rank in the top 3 to warrant the sales number to be released. I think my memories are a bit messed up right now X_X;;

Japanese CD releases are very confusing. Alot of singles/albums are 'leaked' a few days before the official day to gain a higher first day sale. It's possible that England's official release is on the 29th, but Frontier Works leaked it a day or two before and Oricon got confused and listed it as 28th. Since Oricon couldn't care less about character singles, it tends to care more when it comes 'normal' releases.

Russia ranked 3rd on his 4th day, with a sale number of 2.7k. (Yes, I fangirled more that Nana-chan's Phantom Minds reached 2nd daily despite it's her 2nd week <3). So he sold more on 4th day then 3rd day. I think he already broke 20k.
