Hello, fellow Hetalia fans. :D I've just got a small question I wanted to ask...

I've been seeing some icons of the Allies (dunno if there are Axis ones too but anyway) with their hands in a heart shape, as demonstrated by Russia below:

I'm having some trouble finding them, so if anyone could point me in the direction of where I could find these icons, or perhaps the picture they came from, it'd be very helpful. :3
