Cosplay help

I am looking for a character to cosplay.
I have a wig already, so I have narrowed down my choices.
I would really want a character that does not have many people who cosplay them.

Here are some of my choices:

1. S. Italy (Romano)
2. Austria
3. Latvia

Which would be least popular and best fit for my personality?
