There's some image batches over at the nationslash community. However, there's no definite resource for identifying the nations. 4chan threads are usually loaded with pictures.

...orz. LOL First off, I should remove this Turkey icon set. It was done before we were taking the whole 'find the sources' thing too seriously (the images were found on 4chan.)

I'm sorry I can't give you a satisfying answer, but here's the best I can do: the image of Germany came from the nationslash info page. You can take the complete image to 4chan/one of the Hetalia threads on /cm/, and ask for the source. Surely someone will have that. As for the picture of the real, Germany-look alike actor, that's from the movie version of "The Producers" by Mel Brooks, 2005 version.
