Just the President has to be "real American"; governors just have to have a US citizenship. US citizenship does not mean you're American, well not here. If a full Turkish has a German citizenship here, he's still seen as Turkish, what he is. Citizenship is seen as really important in America, but not here ^^;;. Here it's about ethnicity and blood, not where you have been born or something.
He just got a citizenship over the years that he lived in America, but he has Austrian parents and that MAKES him an Austrian, so it is a good example
